「海洋都心2」　愛山林首推案

【劉曉霞／台北報導】宏盛建設今天公告，「海洋都心2」將和達欣工、愛山林合建，宏盛建設將扮演純地主角色出資佔42%，另外58%由達欣工和愛山林各出資佔50%，這是甲山林祝文宇入主愛山林後，愛山林首項推案。

宏盛建設指出，將單純擔任地主角色，不涉及營建和銷案。愛山林表示，「海洋都心2」最快會在928檔期推出，由於「海洋都心1」熱賣，規劃仍主打首購族群，以20~40坪、每坪單價23~25萬元為主力銷售產品。
