劉政鴻家前潑漆被送辦　四學生不起訴

【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】聲援大埔案的陳為廷、林靖豪、林羿含、林沁4名學生， 7月18日清晨6點多在苗栗縣長劉政鴻後龍鎮官邸潑漆，被控涉嫌毀損及侮辱公署罪遭警方移送，檢方今天偵結，認為罪嫌不足，以不起訴處分。

檢方指出，林靖豪、林沁持黃色、白色油漆到劉政鴻位於高鐵特定區的住家門口，陳為廷持油漆要潑灑時，被保全人員制止而未遂，且縣長官邸是縣長住處，並非公務機關；後來林沁、林靖豪在邸門口潑灑黃色、白色漆料，並未造成道路損壞，且該路段道路仍可供通行之用，而無影響其原先之用途，得以松香水等化學物品去除，以維持原來外觀，不符合毀損要件。
