【汪智博／台東報導】海巡署東巡局岸巡八二大隊於今(28)日上午七時許，於台東縣長濱鄉南竹湖外海發現疑似有不明黑色包裹，經派遣原佈署於岸際同仁前往灘岸巡查，結果從台十一號道92.5公里處南竹湖至烏石鼻漁港外海，陸續看見數十袋大型黑色垃圾袋在海面漂浮，經撈起後清查，袋內裝有未稅洋菸(SHOOSE)，並已打撈起逾 200餘箱。

八二大隊表示，昨天深夜即已掌握海上可疑船筏航跡，雖因颱風警報關係，海上查緝有所受限，仍於樟原泊區至烏石鼻海岸線實施蒐索，針對可疑船筏加強安檢及掌握港區狀況，並於陸地配合進行路檢作業，以輪班式派遣人員於可疑地點實施查緝，研判走私船隻可能見難以登岸卸貨，才決定於外海丟包。
