慶生趴涉偷竊　Ｅ奶猴抓妹賠償和解

【劉志原／台北報導】政治大學畢業的女子陳維芊，她被猴子襲胸的照片登上國際媒體而爆紅，獲得Ｅ奶「猴抓妹」稱號，她今年4月參加友人慶生趴，涉嫌偷走兩名女子名牌包，並拿走裡面的iPhone 4手機及現金，遭檢察官依竊盜罪起訴，台北地院今首度開庭，但她以人在國外為由請假，預計9月1日回國。

台北地檢署勘驗監視器畫面，認定陳維芊犯行明確，而2名被害人中，已有1名陳姓被害人，與猴抓妹和解，獲賠4萬元，這名陳姓被害人今出庭說：「被告已經打電話向我道歉，她被怎麼判，我沒意見。」法院將擇期再開庭。
