肛門奇癢難耐　男子瓶子搔癢誤插入

【綜合報導】重慶市江津一名48歲徐姓男子，因肛門瘙癢難忍，竟用瓶子撓癢，可不小心一屁股坐下去，瓶子完全塞進腸道。由於當地醫療條件有限，無法把這個長達18公分、寬5公分的瓶子取出。這名男子最後被送往市內一家大醫院，醫生用圈套器和鉗子，才把瓶子挾出來。

男子表示，最初他自己曾努力地把瓶子掏出來，但不成功，卻因肛門收縮，瓶子滑進腸子裏，導致他腸道脹痛難受。醫生發現，瓶子已進入腸道內10公分的深處，並卡在直腸和乙狀結腸處的一個狹窄部位，如果不及時取出，瓶子會與腸道黏膜摩擦，很容易導致腸道穿孔，危及生命。

在內窺鏡的幫助下，醫生曾先後以圈套器、鉗子、針狀刀等相關手術器具一一找來，都沒法成功，最後將圈套器和鉗子一起使用，才將樽順利取出。整個手術時間花了整整一個半小時。醫生表示：「取了這麼多異物，第一次遇到這麼難取的。」
