七月份的時候我在台北市某知名英文補習班打工然後因為在那邊工作非常不愉快所以在大概第18天的時候某個上班日的早上我傳了一封離職簡訊並表達我的不滿而那陣子也有陸續幾個同事因為待不下去而離職到了八月十三號領到薪水的時候我們發現我們被扣了每天一小時的休息時間但一開始是說休息有計薪況且休息時間我們總是繼續在忙並沒有完整的一個小時休息然後這份工作每天從10 or 12點到22點可是第九、十個小時他們沒有算1.33倍第十一、十二小時更沒有算1.66倍遲到一分鐘是罰五塊錢不過那邊的打卡鐘快了很多分鐘想請問一下以上可不可以去申訴把該要的要回來 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.80.138.62
