【短片】台鐵新車今到港　明年疏運上班潮

【戴之聖／基隆報導】暱稱「微笑號」的台鐵新車今天到港！繼「普悠瑪號」加入營運，台鐵再新購296輛EMU800型通勤電聯車，第1批、共16輛列車於今天上午8時許運抵基隆港西碼頭，這批車頭有黃色微笑曲線的「微笑號」，不但最高時速可達130公里，足足比現有電聯車快20公里，在第1車與第8車內還提供自行車與折疊坐椅共用區，折疊椅不用時，更可停放8輛自行車，台鐵將完成相關測試後，明年春節就讓第1批列車投入營運，初期將投入基隆到新竹間的上班尖峰疏運。
