王昊被虐死案　王薇君盼以殺人罪改判

【綜合報導】2歲男童王昊遭灌毒虐死，兇嫌劉金龍被依傷害致死罪判刑30年定讞，引發王昊的姑姑王薇君不滿，今天上午檢察總長為此案提起非常上訴，下午王薇君出面表達對最高檢察署的感謝，並希望最高法院不要駁回，能糾正判決違法部分。

王薇君強調，王昊被虐死案就是殺人罪，並不是傷害致死罪，希望法院能改判。她說，她知道即使改判，刑度也不會比30年能刑期重，但她能接受。

王薇君也說，這周她把協會事務處理好，下周一起，她將與遭殺害警員林安順的外甥賴大為到最高法院靜坐。
