檢播喬裝照　謝依涵低頭拒看

【賴又嘉／台北報導】士林地院審理八里雙屍案進入辯論階段，下午由公訴檢察官論告，檢察官根據鑑定報告，指死者陳進福、張翠萍身上多處刀傷，認定謝依涵下手極狠，殺意甚堅。此外，檢方並當庭播放謝依涵多次戴假髮、墨鏡，並穿著不合身的格子外套喬裝成張翠萍，到銀行、農會盜領存款及盜開保管箱的畫面。
 
但謝依涵在檢方論告時多面無表情，或盯著面前電腦螢幕，但每當檢方播放謝依涵盜領時，遭監視器拍攝的喬裝照片，謝依涵便將頭低下，直視地板，似乎不願看自己喬裝的畫面。
