大家好先說我是保險碩士班畢業今天接到三家壽險業offer都要一天內回覆我讓人措手不及 A公司 B公司 C公司工作部門客服部理賠行銷市場科系統支援處公司歷史規模 50年 20年 50年資產以兆計算千億計算以兆計算工作內容理賠審查擔任業務員支援客服部系統提需求與商品設計部新商品系統上線前測試溝通橋樑解決USER端問題反映市場對商品的接受度商品上市簡報薪水 32K+不確定年終 37K+2個月 36K+1.5個月+績效交通近到中午公車40分鐘公車30分鐘可以回家睡午覺 +走路路10分鐘加班加班費非常態加班時效性工作加班常態加班費加班費非常態部門人數 30人左右 20人左右 100人女>男男女各半女>男主管男主管男主管女出差無偶爾無輪調機制無無有感謝各位大大的意見 B,C都不錯只是B實在太遠不知道有沒有有相關經驗可以給參考再次感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.25.166
