釐清扁病情 北榮：若需要願助鑑定

前總統陳水扁被控侵占機密公文案，台北地院合議庭為釐清扁的健康狀況，今天上午傳喚台北榮總院長林芳郁、周元華醫師，以及馬偕醫院精神科主治醫師陳喬琪和高雄長庚名譽副院長陳順勝共4位醫生作證，詢問是否願意擔任評估扁是否適合開庭的鑑定人；扁則因日前向法院請病假獲准，未到庭。

林芳郁表示，若需要北榮的幫忙，北榮有能力鑑定公正的結果，但排除醫生周元華，因周與扁是醫病關係，扁已把他當作好朋友，鑑定時的情緒、精神反應和一般時候不一樣，做出來的結果不會客觀。

周元華表示，自己已經不是鑑定醫師，不過法院若有需求，還是會全力配合法院。
