北榮院長林芳郁出庭　榮總願替扁鑑定

【劉志原／台北報導】台北地院今天開庭審理前總統陳水扁被控侵占機密公文案，扁以健康不佳、有自殺傾向等理由向法院請假獲准，但因扁希望全案能停止審理，法院傳喚台北榮總院長林芳郁等4人作證，林芳郁說，若法院有需要，榮總願替扁鑑定。

扁在榮總住院時的主治醫師周元華昨也作證，他說，基於醫療倫理，已不適合擔任扁鑑定人，因為鑑定講求的是真，醫療是要把病人治好，二者角色不一樣，他與扁是醫病關係，扁把他當朋友，法官已同意他不必擔任扁的鑑定人，另扁指定的馬偕醫院精神科主治醫師陳喬琪、高雄長庚名譽副院長陳順勝今也出庭，兩人均表達願擔任鑑定人。
