　　LEVEL5 在 2013 年 8 月 26 日舉辦的新作發表會「LEVEL5 VISION 2013『渦』」中，正式發表全球累計出貨量超過 1,500 萬套的人氣作《電頓教授》（レイトン教授）系列最新作《LAYTON 7》（レイトン7），將推出 N3DS 及iOS／Android 版本，上市日期及售價均未定。

　　官方表示，本作遊戲類型為「角色扮演益智類」，似乎將顛覆玩家之前對系列作的印象，展示內容則包括格子狀的縮小版街道及多名 3D 模組的登場角色等，更多詳細情報有待日後官方釋出。
