標題[請益] 璨圓光電 研發助理工程師

最近畢業在找工作，因為我是二專機械工程科畢業後，插大轉讀應用日文系， 但畢業後又很沒節操的想要找工廠不想找日文系那種22K~26K沒獎金的工作， 原先我在找設備工程師，需要具備日文專長的，但因一個月都沒有面試通知， 前陣子聽朋友的怒灑履歷，璨圓光電研發助理工程師與設備助理工程師我都有丟， 原先研發只是丟好玩，我也不知道英文爛的我去當研發助理工程師想做什麼 但是沒想到今天下午去傳產面試後，回家路上接到璨圓光電的電話，還是研發二部 的面試通知，讓我有點意外，而且電話過程人事小姐直接問我什麼時候能面試， 我是回答這禮拜都可以，比如說兩三天後阿，或者下周，不然其實明天也可， 那位人事小姐很乾脆的就決定明日要我去面試。 這邊想請問大家，因為璨圓光電沒有要求日文，我也不知道他們為啥會聯絡我去面試， 還是我覺得最不可能的研發助理工程師，這邊想請益一下璨圓的研發助理工程師主要的工 作，以及二專機械學歷(我大學學歷是應用日文)升遷正式工程師是否會受到很大的阻礙， 還有更重要的是，各位覺得以我的基礎進去會被虐死還是有學習的機會？ ＰＳ：我應徵的是輪班夜班，做二休二的，或許夜班是比較容易得到面試機會的原因之一 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.76.76.134 ※ 編輯: diluter 來自: 211.76.76.134 (08/27 00:09)
