潭美接近 全台豪大雨

相信北部民眾被嘩啦嘩啦的雨聲驚醒。輕度颱風潭美在今(20)日凌晨2時的中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方850公里之海面上。目前以時速24公里向北北西前進，開始影響台灣。

今日受颱風外圍環流影響，東北部與中部以北地區有陣雨，南部、東南部、東部地區與外島有短暫陣雨。氣溫因強降雨而有明顯下降，不若19日北部的36℃高溫。

海象方面，南部沿海及恆春半島觀測到1至2公尺的浪高，在西南部、東南部沿海地區及恆春半島、蘭嶼、綠島也都容易出現長浪，今日開始，受潭美影響海邊的風浪也會逐漸增強。

另一個輕度颱風皮瓦，今日2時觀察到的位置在鵝鑾鼻東方5900公里之海面，以時速22公里速度向西北前進。
