超大豪雨特報　全台離島慎防坍方山洪

【綜合報導】中央氣象局今晚發布超大豪雨特報：第12號颱風及其外圍環流影響，今（20日）晚起，臺灣東北部山區及西半部山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，東北部、西半部地區及花蓮山區、臺東山區有豪雨或大豪雨，花蓮、臺東地區及澎湖、金門、馬祖有大雨或豪雨發生的機率，請注意坍方、落石、土石流及山洪爆發，低窪地區請慎防淹水。
 
超大豪雨區域：宜蘭縣、臺北市、新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、臺中市、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、臺南市、高雄市、屏東縣。
 
大豪雨區域：基隆市、新竹市、彰化縣、嘉義市、花蓮縣、 臺東縣。
