新北推簡易都更　基地面積151坪可申請

【林媛玲／新北報導】都市更新案往往一拖十數年，新北市府「簡易都更」從9月1日正式上路，在新北市只要基地面積達500平方公尺（約151坪），經所有住戶同意就可申請都更，比現行都更最小基地1000平方公尺放寬，估計過去需花3年法定申請程序，可縮短在2個月內完成。
 
新北市長朱立倫今早表示，簡易都更以縮小面積及加速審查程序，讓民眾儘快享受都更成果；城鄉局也說，新北市境內樓高4至5層樓的老舊建築，30年以上老屋總數超過42萬戶，簡易都更可加速改建。
