【簡銘柱／新北報導】潭美颱風即將來襲，外圍環流已帶來豐沛雨量，二重疏洪道出現積水狀況。今天下午1時許，位於重新橋下的跳蚤市場攤商已開始撤離，而由貨櫃打造的超商也完成打包，將在下午5時許，由吊車吊離現場。
