不滿女友情變　男LINE裸照恐嚇散佈判3月

【張欽／台北報導】新北市林姓男子不滿女友刻意疏離，今年7月11日中午女友又拒接電話，憤而以LINE傳多張女友裸照給女友，並恐嚇「還有妳幫我口交的影片檔」、「如果現在不回我～～應該會有很多人看到情色片吧！影片喔，妳不是看過了。」等內容，女友害怕立刻報警。
 
林男坦承傳裸照並揚言要散佈，但否認恐嚇，他辯稱傳照片與訊息是為激怒女友，這是他與女友的聊天方式，沒有恐嚇想法。但女友證述確實因林男傳送裸照與訊息舉動而心生畏懼，法官認定林男犯行，審酌林男犯後狡辯卸責，毫無悔意，日前依恐嚇罪判林男3月徒刑，得易科罰金9萬元，可上訴。
