其實小弟覺得試用期這種制度是還好,只是如果有現職,然後又找到新職, 新職的試用期太長,對新人反而是很危險,例如公營銀行的試用期就長達六個月, 其實在職場上十幾年了,小弟待過的公司太多,還是最希望台灣的公司,能夠 給予適當的資遣費,給不適任的員工,小弟工作這麼久了,看過有發資遣費給員工 的公司,十間裡面,大概只有一間,一般而言,台灣的企業都是不給資遣費的. 這也是台灣勞方和資方和政府--整個國家的悲哀, 共產黨那邊會給"不適任員工" 資遣費的比例,比台灣高太多了. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.65.164
