注意！這幾天全台各地雖多是偶有陣雨的豔陽天，但這樣的天氣即將轉變，目前太平洋海面上共有兩個輕度颱風，另有一熱帶性低氣壓，氣象局說，20日天氣就會有所轉變。

注意！這幾天全台各地雖多是偶有陣雨的豔陽天，但這樣的天氣即將轉變，目前太平洋海面上共有兩個輕度颱風，另有一熱帶性低氣壓，氣象局說，20日天氣就會有所轉變。
原本位於琉球南方海面的熱帶性低氣壓已於18日上午8時發展為輕度颱風潭美，編號第1312(國際命名TRAMI)，18日下午2時點距離鵝鑾鼻東南東方約740公里，目前是往東北東轉東北方向移動，19日再轉向北，然後於20日轉西北西方向逐漸接近台灣，對天氣開始造成影響。
潭美周二逐漸接近，周三(21日)、周四(22日)影響最明顯；20日至23日颱風及其外圍環流影響，各地有陣雨。24、25日南部及東南部地區有短暫陣雨，其他地區午後有短暫雷陣雨。19日午後易有局部性大雨發生的機率；颱風影響期間易有豪雨以上的雨勢發生，由於颱風移動速度慢，挾帶的雨量會累積很多，全台都要加強警戒。
台灣附近海面的另一個熱帶性低氣壓在台北北北東方約490公里左右，則逐漸西移，預計對台灣不會有直接的影響；另外，18日下午2時有一個中北太平洋的颱風往西跨越國際換日線，所以西北太平洋的區域氣象中心隨即將它編號為第1313號颱風，但沿用其中北太平洋區的國際命名PEWA，中文譯名為皮瓦，不過它距離台灣超過6000公里，對台灣並不會有任何影響。
19日持續受到低壓帶影響，天氣仍然不穩定，上半天雖然可以見到陽光，但各地都容易出現午後雷陣雨，也容易有局部性大雨發生，戶外活動要記得攜帶雨具以防突如其來的雨勢，並注意雷擊和強陣風等現象，山區也要慎防溪水暴漲、坍方及落石，低窪地區則要慎防淹水。
另外，因為西南風還是會帶來一些水氣，南部地區早晚也可能出現短暫陣雨；至於溫度的預測上，各地高溫仍可達33、34度，沒下雨時感受上還是會有點悶熱。
