遭降二級改敘 柯文哲發聲明

台大醫師柯文哲因涉愛滋器捐案，遭司法院公懲會決議「降二級改敘」。目前人在波蘭的柯文哲透過林世嘉發出3點聲明。

柯文哲說，對於無辜受害病患及家人，他深感歉意。

柯文哲說，公道自在人心，他個人可背起所有責任，但他一個人扛，並不能解決台灣器官移植制度的缺失；所有相關單位及個人，都應誠實面對錯誤，才能建立完善制度。

柯文哲表示，公懲會無法釐清真相也就罷了，若以此事做為政治鬥爭工具，才是台灣的大不幸。
