古坑竹筍節 剝竹筍比賽

【李政遠／雲林報導】2013古坑竹筍節系列，大埔出好筍「美味麻竹筍」行銷活動，今上午11點在古坑綠色隧道舉行，現場展示古坑選出的「十大經典竹筍好菜」，並限量提供10道創意竹筍美食，民眾凡捐3張7、8月份統一發票，可兌換美食券1張，品嘗1份傳統家鄉味竹筍美食。活動現場的剝筍快手競賽，共有79位剝筍好手參賽，哨音響起，台下觀眾加油聲不斷，參賽者一手拿筍刀、一手拿麻竹筍，刀起刀落剖、削、剝，對麻竹筍紋路瞭若指掌，平均在30秒至40秒的時間剝完5條麻竹筍，每個參賽者都堪稱剝綠竹筍達人。
