【王覺一／綜合報導】由桃園新明國中代表的中華青少棒隊，今天與美西亞歷桑那州代表隊爭奪LLB(Little League Baseball，世界少棒聯盟)世界青少棒賽冠軍，中華隊打完前5局取得9比0，有機會為台灣拿下今年第1座世界三級棒球冠軍。
 
3局下胡瑞麟敲出中華隊第1支安打，並成功盜上二壘，開啟攻勢，接著王偉安與邱繼諒、彭立中、吳峻安4支安打，幫助中華隊取得4比0領先。中華隊在5局下攻勢再起，黃子軒、邱繼諒、彭立中與方榮澤安打，加上頻頻發動盜壘戰術，造成對手守備失誤，一舉攻下5分。
