外交部否認援助海地4.7億元

針對媒體報導馬英九總統訪海地捐四點七億元，外交部今發新聞稿表示，協助海地災後重建為友邦雙邊正常合作計畫一部份，與本次馬總統出訪並無任何關聯。

外交部說，海地最高法院辦公大樓重建工程，由我國廠商「海外工程公司（OECC）」負責設計及興建，分三年進行，將依據工程施工進度撥款執行，並設立工程監督機制，是結合我國援外工作與協助國內廠商拓展海外市場的典範。

外交部表示，海地於2010年震災以來，國際上雖有若干國家承諾捐款援助重建，但資金多未到位，媒體報導所稱我協助海地重建最高法院大樓海方重複募款乙事，並非事實。
