王品添生力軍 平價鐵板燒報到

（中央社記者林紳旭台北12日電）王品集團旗下餐飲今天新添第12個品牌，新加入者為平價鐵板燒「hot 7」，年底前開第2家，5年內全台開設100家。

hot 7延續王品西堤牛排菜餚多樣的特色，雖然價位為新台幣290元+10%，但有生菜沙拉、冰砂、主菜、菜飯、泡菜、飯後甜點等。

在王品西堤任職12年，今年轉任hot 7總經理的鄭禮籐說，新的平價鐵板燒走的是小規模的店面，每間大小約50個座位，可以直攻各個社區。

鄭禮籐表示，位於台北市長安東路的首家店，從7月試賣至今，客人的評價都不錯，每天的翻桌率約4.7次，訂位滿到9月12日，每天只留30%座讓給現場排隊的民眾。

鄭禮籐說，hot 7不僅要搶台灣平價鐵板燒的市場，更要擴展國際化，在台灣就用台灣的在地食材，在國外就用國外的食材，力求新鮮、口味在地化。1020812
