前科男偷老貨車　掰稱用機車鑰匙就發動

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名有竊盜及毒品等前科的黃姓工人（36歲），7月下旬到高雄市區偷1部車齡10 多年的老舊貨車，警方沿途調閱路口監視器，總算找到黃姓工人下車的影像，從所騎機車的車號，順利逮到人。
 
黃姓工人說，因貨車的車款老舊，他只用機車鑰匙就發動貨車，事後將貨車拿去載貨，再把沒油的貨車丟棄，黃男應訊時還裝可憐說，他是誤交損友才會偷車，希望法官給他自新機會，警方認為是推託之詞，今依竊盜罪嫌函送法辦。
