台大退休員工Ａ公款　母親當人頭判賠

【劉志原╱台北報導】台灣大學退休女職員王瓊雲，從1998年到2006年任職台大人事室期間，利用辦理退職補償金業務機會，以母親、兄、姪及友人帳戶，冒充台大退職駐衛警察，向學校詐領駐衛警退職補償金2173萬餘元，台北地院日前判王母等人頭賠台大共269萬餘元。
 
法官判王女的胞兄王春福賠台大46萬餘元、母親王唐尾賠69萬餘元，她的2個姪子王鈞毅、王濬哲各判賠69萬及85萬餘元；仍可上訴；刑事部分，王女已遭判刑15年確定，並追繳不法所得。
