軍審法修正 立院今送總統府

立法院臨時會三讀通過軍事審判法，立法院今天下午已完成程序，將修正案送到總統府，依法十天內必須公告實施。由於適逢總統出訪，立法院長王金平說，總統不在可由副總統代理，或者總統從國外打電話回來交代怎麼處理，最主要是配合司法院那邊各種處理的程序，時間上很快沒有問題。
