台電最會亂挖路　半年罰近百萬蟬聯惡榜第一

【曾佳俊╱新北報導】新北市府統計今年上半年道路挖掘開罰件數，總共開出上百張罰單，昨公布黑名單，其中台電公司蟬聯第一名，挨罰金額近百萬元，其次則為台灣自來水公司與中華電信，違規樣態以未於期限內修復路面為最多，逼近總件數一半，民眾大罵：「國營企業用人民納稅錢繳罰單當然不怕！」台電表示，已逐步規劃改善方案。
