偷車犯案用完即還　監視器立功現賊蹤

【楊忠翰／台北報導】台北市一名慣竊黃凱盛，先偷竊機車後，再四處竊取鐵捲門變賣獲利，並透過不斷換車來躲避追緝。警方根據監視器畫面，上月31日將他緝捕到案。

警方獲報發生多起竊案，調閱監視器才發現嫌犯每次犯案後都會將車騎回原位「歸還」，藉此躲避警方追緝。黃嫌本來以為萬無一失，但沒想到一舉一動全被監視器拍下。警方訊後將他依竊盜罪移送法辦。
