三總替陸軍下士洪仲丘裝上葉克膜急救，台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲表示，「這是最昂貴的假動作。」他感嘆，洪仲丘體溫已經高達44度，裝葉克膜的效益很低，「這是文化問題，每個醫師都會叫別人不要裝，但其實很難作到。」

柯文哲表示，「如果是我，我會勸醫療團隊不要裝，但不是每個人都是我。」
