這幾天大家熱到了嗎？提醒您未來一周還會是這樣熱呼呼的天氣，持續的炎熱高溫對身體來說是很大的負荷，提醒大家中午前後一定要避免劇烈運動，而且要多補充水分。另外未來幾天午後陣雨會變得明顯，大家外出記得帶雨具。

周五雖然白天天氣不錯，各地卻有午後陣雨的機會，有的時候還會伴隨雷擊，大家外出記得攜帶雨具。氣溫部分由於天氣太好了，因此炎熱的天氣至少還會持續一周，高溫33-35度，低溫27-28度，有下雨的地區會涼爽一些。
