搶大尺寸商機　蘋果傳測試4吋以上智慧手機螢幕

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】高階智慧手機退燒，加上智慧手機平均價格去年初以來一路走跌，危及蘋果（Apple）獲利表現。為強化獲利，蘋果有意多樣化產品線因應，傳近月曾向供應商徵求超過4吋的智慧手機螢幕樣品，以及略小於13吋的平板電腦螢幕設計。

iPhone 5的螢幕尺寸為4吋，而當前的iPad螢幕則為9.7吋。不過據《華爾街日報》報導，蘋果與其亞洲供應商正在測試更大螢幕版本的iPhone與平板電腦。測試消息顯示，在其他競爭對手推出多樣尺寸的智慧手機與平板電腦之際，蘋果可能也被迫跟進，以滿足消費者的多變需求。
