【蔡裕隆／台北報導】NBA尼克球星，也是台裔之星效力尼克的好友桑普特(Iman Shumpert)今天傍晚抵台，將訪問3天，明天將先到國泰集團進行拜會活動，預計周四離台。

6月23日甫滿23歲的桑普特，NBA球齡2年，2011-12年新秀球季，曾和林書豪聯手扭轉尼克原本沉淪球季，也是「林來瘋(Linsanity)」的見證者。桑普特本季平均6.8分、3籃板與1.7助攻。
