隱瞞飛機失火　復興機師遭罰8萬元

【陳如嬌／台北報導】去年5月復興航空一架台北飛馬公班機，起飛10分鐘後被迫返航，航空公司當時僅稱是發動機訊號異常，在飛安會5月公布的調查報告顯示，起因雖是航機左發動機葉片因製造過程瑕疵，斷裂後在渦輪內來回撞擊，致油管斷裂，造成火警，但包括機師、副機師等飛行員疑因擔心對公司不利，並未向塔台報告失火，只告知航管因「機械問題」要求返航，並未宣告緊急狀況或告知飛機正處於單發動機飛航狀態，不利航管人員進行判斷和提供協助。

民航局的調查也有結果，評議會認定飛航組員操作上有疏失，處正駕駛行政罰8萬元、副駕駛6萬元罰鍰。對於民航局對機師的處分，復興航空表示虛心接受，相關機師也已完成重新訓練和重新考核。
