你被傳染了嗎？因為陳彥博的勇敢逐夢，激發許多青少年真正去實踐夢想！勇氣是會受到激發的，剛開始只是興趣而開始彩繪帽子的李韻慈，在一次陳彥博的勇氣講堂上，鼓勵起她實現夢想的動力，讓她有機會能把愛傳遞各個角落，到偏鄉教導小朋友彩繪技巧。
愛畫畫的李韻慈在陳彥博的勇敢彈激勵之下，創造出屬於自己的夢想，進而接續獲得遊戲關懷基金會和台灣瓷器品牌的公益計畫贊助。
從開始的慌亂，到最後培育出100多位的種子教學老師，李韻慈懷著分享的心，傳遞自己對繪畫的熱愛，及做公益的努力。平常是上班族的她，為了到偏鄉國小、育幼院教導繪畫概念，時常沒有周休二日，為的就是希望能幫助到資源缺乏的小朋友。

曾獨自教導127位梅花國小的小朋友，全部自己規畫所有活動，但是從那次機會後，發現一個人的力量太小，根本無法全面照顧到每位小朋友，而有時因為趕場，教學品質和學習狀況也不如預期，為了讓每個人都能確實學習，她開始開發管道和社團合作，教導種子繪畫教師，讓更多人加入微笑開心帽的計畫。

因為勇敢做夢，李韻慈把夢想變成實質的企劃，獲得多方的贊助，能有足夠的經費完成夢想，接著她要繼續擴散愛的版圖，讓小朋友能受到真正的幫助，同時，李韻慈也從小朋友的想法中，延伸出自己新的繪畫點子，更收過小朋友把老師畫在帽子上，感謝微笑開心帽老師的教導。
