洪仲丘案　法務部接辦禁閉室涉湮滅證據

【石明啟／桃園報導】陸軍五四二旅下士洪仲丘冤死，法務部將接手禁閉室監視器疑遭湮滅證據相關刑責，今天上午十時五十分許，高檢署襄閱主任檢察官郭文東與桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官郭文亮一行人，到北區軍事院檢洽談接辦事宜，最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生面迎接。
