【突發中心／新北報導】曾獲選為新北市警局忠義楷模的警員陳鼎峰（33歲），涉利用派出所同事輔導偏差少年的機會，先將一名陪同弟弟前去課後輔導的少女，多次帶去開房間、嘿咻，後來又與另名受輔導的14歲少女搞上床，甚至在警車內車震，昨被依與未成年性交罪起訴。

新北市警察局昨表示，陳鼎峰一審判有罪就停職，有罪定讞就免職。今改記大過1次，並報請警政署停職！
