議場混戰　林淑芬潑咖啡卻潑自己人

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】為搶攻今日議事主導權，藍綠立委一早就罷佔主席台，由於藍委先佔，不甘示弱的綠委林淑芬悄悄走至主席台前，拿起桌上咖啡就往上潑，不過，咖啡卻幾乎全數都潑在同黨籍立委何欣純身上，惹得一陣驚呼；隨後林淑芬又拿水往上潑，遭藍委陳淑慧痛斥「沒水準」；戰力絲毫不減的林淑芬又將注意力轉至藍委吳育仁，作勢將吳育仁拉下主席台。稍後，綠委姚文智從後方企圖將藍委王惠美拉出主席台，因為動作太過突然，王惠美失聲驚叫，隨後痛哭失聲。
