美國20大都會區4月房價上升2.5% 創最大單月升幅

根據周二公布的S&P/Case-Shiller數據顯示，美國4月房價上漲，並創下最大單月漲幅，及七年來最大年率漲幅。

美國20大都會區中，有19區房價上漲。20大都會區4月綜合指數上升2.5%，創史上最大單月升幅。

經季節性調整後，4月房價上升1.7%。

4月房價較去年同期上升12.1%，創2006年以來力最快年率升幅。

舊金山房價年率上升23.9%，創史上最大年率漲幅。紐約僅上漲3.2%。

儘管近來上漲，20大都會區綜合指數顯示，房價仍較2006年高點低了約四分之一。
