酒駕拒測關大燈躲警 強制抽血

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄市一名63歲的蔡姓男子今天凌晨近一時許喝了酒，在七賢三路與公園二路口看到警方在前處攔檢，竟異想天開把車停在車道中間，並關上大燈，警方上前請他下車，結果他一下車渾身酒味，腳步不穩、語無倫次、大放厥詞，完全不知道自己在做什麼，只一味的拒絕酒測。

警方通報檢方後，檢察官馬上核發鑑定許可書，大半夜將他帶到大同醫院強制抽血，酒測值高達1.0845mg/l，超過新修法標準0.25mg/l，立即移送高雄地檢署。檢方今日下午訊後交保一萬元，蔡男成為酒駕強制抽血的第三名案例。
