Coretronic has revealed it shipped 5.78 million backlight units (BLUs) in May, shrinking 2% sequentially, with the corresponding revenues of NT$4.108 billion (US$137 million) growing 6% sequentially and accounting for 68.51% of the company's consolidated revenues.
Coretronic also shipped 70,000 DLP projectors in May, slipping 10% sequentially, and 345,000 units in January-May.
Coretronic posted consolidated revenues of NT$5.996 billion for May, rising 6.18% sequentially but dropping 2.43% on year, and consolidated revenues for January-May dipped 3.71% to NT$27.391 billion.
