政院：正式提會計法覆議不主動提版本

針對會計法第99條之1引發的爭議，行政院今天上午舉行臨時院會討論後，通過對會計法第99條之1提出覆議案，行政院將不會主動提修法方向或修法版本。

行政院雖不主動提修法版本，行政院發言人鄭麗文表示，將由政務委員薛琦和羅瑩雪組成小組，研議相對應版本；國科會主委朱敬一也建議，立法應有清楚論述過程。
