監察院今天表示，國內相繼爆發多起重大食品安全事件，甚至知名食品大廠老牌食品，也使用過期原料或工業級添加物，令人食不安心，嚴重打擊台灣「美食王國」良好形象，監委程仁宏、楊美鈴、黃武次自動調查，瞭解主管機關對食品大廠的抽查及把關機制，是否涉有怠惰失職。
