《會計法》修法除罪　法務部：不包括教授

立法院通過《會計法》修法為教授除罪，但法務部指出，依照條文，「未包括教授」。
 
行政院長江宜樺說，該修正草案由立委提出，且經立法院長主持朝野黨團協商通過，基於尊重立院，不會提出覆議；行政院秘書長陳威仁說，法條文字如有爭議，應再看當初的立法意旨。
