河北一名12歲男童及一名青年涉性侵被拘捕

河北省泊頭市警方拘捕1名12歲男童，和1名19歲青年，他們涉嫌在一間學校宿舍，性侵犯6名女學生。

案發在6天前，涉案學校的校長已被停職；當局又對全市中小學，調查安全隱患，希望加強保安，防止再發生同類事件。
