立法院院會昨天三讀通過會計法第99條之一，此法通過讓日前因花酒案入監的前立委顏清標可望除罪獲釋。顏清標兒子、國民黨立委顏寬桓今天說，會計法修正條文雖三讀，但能否適用到父親身上，仍待法院解釋；若確定可適用並除罪，再將父親迎接回來。
