身兼國民黨主席的馬英九總統28日在中常會，公開對行政院所屬各部會下達指令，「以黨領政」看似好威，也讓行政院長江宜樺臉上無光。

食品安全亮紅燈，毒澱粉全台流竄。半個月來，從知名超商的黑輪下架，到各縣市陸續檢驗出日常食用的粉圓、豆花、肉圓等食品使用順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉，各縣市政府為了查驗，焦頭爛額，不但人民陷於恐慌，甚至連國際商譽都快賠上了。

在「廣大興28號」事件後，毒澱粉風波在本週接續搶佔媒體版面，顯示外界早已察覺事態嚴重，但行政院確遲遲沒有大動作，週二大陣仗召開的跨部會記者會，卻是為了宣布了無新意的「振興景氣措施」。
