搶端午商機　量產菜脯傳泡防腐劑

端午節將至，嘉義縣布袋鎮1家全台市占7成的菜脯工廠，傳出為了搶肉粽商機，涉用大量防腐劑苯甲酸浸泡。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，布袋鎮有菜脯之鄉的美稱，1家全台市占率7成的菜脯業者與另2家工廠，捨棄傳統製作菜脯的安全古法，浸泡防腐劑；送驗相關產品，防腐劑超標2至5倍。

該刊指出，該3家工廠的菜脯幾乎年年被其他縣市衛生局查防腐劑超標，唯獨嘉縣衛生局還幫其產品背書。
